The dawn of the New Year brings with it a brand-new IIFA, all set to celebrate 25 glorious years of connect amid Bollywood and the world. The excitement surrounding this landmark event kick-started in style and saw the attendance by Shah Rukh Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Karan Johar, and other luminaries of the film industry. This press meet set the tone for what ensures to be a memorable year of celebrations, culminating in an extravagant year-long series of events. There will be unforgettable events, performances, and tributes to some of Bollywood’s exceptional personas.
Albeit the IIFA Awards traditionally been held in international locations, this year, the celebrations are coming home to India, starting with the culturally rich and beautiful city of Jaipur.
Ya. This year the pink city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, hosts the first leg of the IIFA 2025 all part of IIFA’s silver jubilee celebrations.
Interestingly, the IIFA returns to its roots in India to commemorate this significant landmark. And this isn’t just a one-off event. The Journey of Women in Cinema – Panel IIFA will kick off with an inspiring session that focusses on the powerful role of women in cinema. Bollywood’s iconic actress, Madhuri Dixit, will join Oscar-winning producer Guneet Monga for a dynamic discussion on their experiences, challenges, and triumphs in the film industry.
