Bollywood celebs extended festive greetings to their fans on the occasion of Maharashtrian New Year, Gudi Padwa.
Whereas Shraddha Kapoor remembered sweet memories from her childhood, Mrunal Thakur turned Marathi mulgi by wearing a traditional nath.
On the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, Shraddha Kapoor recalled her cherished memories of the festival from her childhood. She said, “Ever since she was a kid, Gudi Padwa has been a part of her life and she has the fondest memories of celebrating the day with her grandparents. Adding they would have til gul (sesame and jaggery laddoos), and Shraddha would look forward to being fed lots of food by her grandparents.
Her sincere words reflected her strong bond with tradition and the joy of family gatherings.
Mrunal, on the other hand, shared beautiful photos from her Gudi Padwa celebrations. In a beautiful yellow salwar suit set, the actor wrote in Marathi, “May the New Year begin in a special way, May our Gudi be adorned with happiness and prosperity, These are the heartfelt wishes Shraddha holds today. As for Mrunal Thakur, the actress was last seen in The Family Star and Kalki 2898 AD in 2024. Next, she has an array of films in the pipeline. It includes Son Of Sardaar 2, Pooja Meri Jaan, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, Tum Ho Toh and Dacoit: A Love Story with Adivi Sesh.
