Advait Chandan directorial film “Loveyapa” streams on JioHotstar. It’s an official Hindi remake of the 2022 Tamil film Love Today.

Now much to the surprise of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, To their surprise, the reviews are emerging positive from the audience for their performance than they did amidst the film’s theatrical run.

After its premiere on JioHotstar, several users took to social media and showered praises on the film. One of them wrote, “Loveyapa is a decent one-time watch. Bad PR can ruin everything, otherwise, there is nothing to troll about either of them in this film. Junaidkhan and Khushikapoor.”

Another one wrote, “Unpopular Opinion But Loveyapa was entertaining to watch; Khushi Kapoor has talent, and Junaid is a good actor. Khushi has wonderful comic timing; overall, the film was fun to watch.”
A comment read, “Just watched it on JioHotstar Loveyapa. don’t know why this film received so much negative publicity; it’s a well-made film with a positive message. Both lead performers khushikapoor and JunaidkhanREAL acted brilliantly. It’s worth watching and deserves recognition.”
One of them shared, “Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan acted well in this light romantic movie rooted in current themes like online relationships and deepfakes. GenZ will relate. The movie has a cool and very ‘current’ theme. Touches topics related to catfishing, deepfakes and their impact.

Loveyapa centers around a GenZ couple, Gaurav (played by Junaid) and Baani (played by Khushi), who seem to have everything figured out until Baani’s father (played by Ashutosh Rana) drops an unexpected bombshell: exchange their phones to prove their love is solid. What follows is several discoveries and awkward confrontations.

Junaid embarked on his acting debut with the period drama film Maharaj, which premiered on Netflix. The film also featured Shalini Pandey and Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead roles.
Khushi, on the other hand, was recently seen in the romantic drama Nadaaniyan opposite Ibrahim Ali Khan.
