The Shoojit Sircar directorial “Piku” featuring Amitabh Bachchan,Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan clocks 10 years on 9 May.
On the occasion, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone
Padukone announced the re-release of the film theatrically on 9 May.
The release will give an opportunity to the fans to re-visit “Piku”. Taking to her Instagram she announced on the
re-release and wrote she misses Irrfan.
Her caption read,
“A film that will always have her heart.PIKU back in theatres on 9th May, 2025 to celebrate its 10th Anniversary! Irrfan, we miss you! And think about you every so often…” The post featured a video in which Amitabh Bachchan asked viewers to watch the film again on May 9.
