Taking to his Instagram handle, actor Fardeen Khan shared a delightful post with fans, celebrating 24 years of his song Kambakht Ishq, from film “Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya”
Sajid Nadiadwala on Celebrating 24 years of this iconic song, the actor expressed his gratitude to the makers, revealing how the track ‘transformed everything’ for him. The song, featuring Urmila Matondkar, is rendered by legendary singers Asha Bhosle, Sukhwinder Singh and Sonu Nigam.
On April 27th, actor took to his Instagram handle to share this nostalgic post with fans. Speaking about the impact of this iconic track on his career, he wrote,
“24 years ago, the song ‘Kambakht Ishq”, from Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya transformed everything for him.
The 51-year-old Fardeen Khan took a trip down memory lane as he captioned the post, “There’s a before and after this moment in my journey… what a ride it’s been. Grateful to everyone who was a part of it, but most of all to all of you who made it what it became. Thank you & sending all my love.”
Notably, the struck a chord with Fardeen Khan’s fans, who showered him with love over the gesture. One of them wrote, “One of my favourite movies Fardeen Khan…and the song (sin) Mujhko khuda ne de diya, pyar tera jo saathiya, maano jaise mil gaya, hai jannat ka rasta…..And you looked super cool there, Nostalgia.” Another comment read. “I fell in love by watching you in the movie Jungle… This is the second movie with Urmila… love you, sweetheart.”
One more fan added, “Fardeen, when this song was released, it touched everyone’s heart, mind, soul, and ears automatically, it was like an anthem. In fact, all the songs in this movie were incredible, your performance, Urmila mam’s dedication.” Many other users dropped heart emojis in the comment box.
On the work front, Fardeen Khan is all set for his upcoming film “Housefull 5” Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film features a star-studded ensemble that includes Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Shreyas Talpade, Johnny Lever, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonam Bajwa.
The Sajid Nadiadwala backed comedy-drama theatrically release in June 2025.
