Sanjay Dutt was in his element as he gave interesting replies to the questions asked by the media. However, at one point, he got emotional as he rued about the film industry.

The Bhootnii ‘Aya Re Baba’ song launch: An EMOTIONAL Sanjay Dutt sighs, “SAD that our industry has been divided; distributors, exhibitors NOT giving a chance to our film”

Sanjay Dutt quoted “It’s sad that our industry has been divided. He had never seen something like this before. We were a family and would continue to be one. Abhi thoda bhatak gaye hai.”

He explained, “Every film is important for this industry. All films should be given the chance by distributors and cinema owners. They should treat all films equally. The Bhootnii ko itna zor nahin diya ja raha hai lekin mujhe pata hai ki yeh picture bahut aage niklegi.”

He went on to add that he requests the film industry to once again be a family. Let’s help each other so that the industry grows. That he isn’t talking about himself, but on his community and industry since he loves the industry.

A journalist asked about not having regular releases. Amidst laughter he said, that if he doesn’t take such a long gap, people will get bored seeing him again and again. On a serious note, he said, that Bhole Baba has showered his blessings on all of us. As Deepak Mukut said, the film was made thanks to Bholenath. Hopefully, he won’t take such a long gap from now on.

Sidhaant Sachdev, on the other hand, lauded his lead actor for doing stunts on his own, without the use of a stunt double, he has jumped for real at a height of 40 feet. The making has been uploaded on social media. There’s no body double or stunt double. It’s just him supported by 2 ropes with a fire blast happening behind him. None of it is fake; nor we have done face replacement. That’s how he has worked hard, and he has been an inspiration.
The Bhootnii releases in cinemas on May 1.
