Amidst the ongoing road concretisation and road widening, the civic body ward officers are paying scant regard to the garbage strewn on pedestrian path which has however turned into garbage dumps. This is because there is no proper waste disposal place. In the backdrop of road concretisation and widening they have removed the garbage bins on the pedestrian path. This has become a significant problem.
The civic body ward officers need to understand that dumping garbage on footpaths and roads, creates unsightly and unsanitary environment.
