News comes to the fore that the Ayan Mukerji directorial War 2, featuring Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR in the lead roles, gears up for August 14, 2025 release.The makers kicked-off the promotional campaign by launching the teaser on NTR’s birthday.
Reports reveal that the teaser of War 2 will air during the IPL final. The report mentioned, “YRF has secured prime advertising slots amidst the IPL 2025 Final. These promos are expected to play amidst innings and over breaks traditionally the most-watched television events in India.
Reportedly this strategy is for maximizing visibility across a broad and diverse demographic. The film also features Kiara Advani, who plays Hrithik Roshan’s romantic interest.
