UK based Javed Ali with his wife Mariam, two children, four-year-old Zayn and six-year-old Amani, had come to Mumbai to celebrate Eid with his mother in Malad where they stayed for four days..
Unable to get direct flight to London they travelled to Ahmedabad to take the Air India flight to London. Little they would have realised they will never reach their London home.
Sadly, their fun-filled homecoming for Eid. ended in heartbreak for the Syed family. All of them perished in the crash.
