Hema Malini preaches people to make reading a habit 
Undoubtedly, Hema Malin, actress-danceuse and BJP MP says she has always maintained an active life . Sometimes, in the middle of it all, she likes to read a spiritual book that reconnects her to her purpose and the people she serves. In that sense, reading has been a calming influence on her. She is an highly religious person.
On the occasion of “National Reading Day” the decline of the reading habit concerned her. Hence, she wholeheartedly supports ‘India Reads India Rises’, a campaign by her friends reeta gupta and mrs.m lekhi.
She says one must make sure to read; In fact, reading is such an important activity that we celebrate 19th June as national reading Day in honour of the Libraryman of India,
