A weird incident occured on Air India Express flight to Surat, when a 36-year-old woman, identified as Vyas Hiral Mohanbhai from Bengaluru’s Yelahanka area, got offloaded from the Air India Express flight after she allegedly caused a disruption amidst boarding over cabin baggage and reportedly threatened to crash the aircraft if the crew moved her luggage.
The incident occurred at Kempegowda International Airport amidst boarding for Air India flight IX2749. Vyas reportedly placed her luggage in a restricted area near the crew cabin, rather than in the designated overhead compartment above her assigned seat. When the cabin crew objected and asked her to move the baggage, she allegedly refused to comply, behaved aggressively, and shouted at them.
The altercation also involved fellow passengers, who attempted to reason with her, but she reportedly continued to raise her voice and escalate the situation.
