MNS Chief Raj Thackeray attends 77th foundation day of Peasants and Workers Party in Panvel
In the aftermath of the show of strength with cousin Uddhav Thackeray, the MNS Chief Raj Thackeray gears up to join forces with key leaders of the Opposition bloc.
He attended the PWP’s foundation day rally on August 2 the 77th foundation day of the Peasants and Workers Party (PWP) in Panvel, near Mumbai, on August 2, and shared the stage with leaders of the Opposition front in Maharashtra.
Among the leaders of the Opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) who showed their presence are Shashikant Shinde, state president of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar); Sanjay Raut, Rajya Sabha MP from the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray); and Vijay Wadettiwar, leader of the Congress legislature party and a former minister.
