SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan faces trouble over Alibaug land purchase
Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter is caught in a cob-web over land purchase deal in Alibaugh.
Suhana Khan, who is all set for her theatrical debut in her ambitious project “King”, had reportedly acquired land worth crores in Alibaug. Now reports are that Suhana didn’t take permission, it being an agricultural land.
As per reports, Suhana Khan had acquired the piece of land in Alibaug’s Thal village at Rs 12.91 cr. The reports further suggest that the land was originally allocated by the government in that village to farmers to be used as a land for farming.
And that the land was acquired the land
from three sisters – Anjali, Rekha and Priya, who had inherited it from their parents, and that the land was allotted by the government for farming purposes.
Source further reveals that Suhana had paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh when taking possessions of the acquired land. However, the authorities currently investigating the matter have requested an unbiased report from the Alibag Tehsildar.
Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh has given orders in this matter. In the registered documents made at the time of land acquistion Suhana Khan was shown as a farmer.
The name in which the property has been registered is Deja Vu Farm Pvt Ltd., owned by Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law.
This particular property is the first one she acquired in Alibaug and after that, Suhana bought a property worth Rs 10 crore on the beachfront of Alibaug for the second time within a year.
