Mumbai Police summons Influencer ‘Orry’ in ₹252-crore drug case
Anti-Narcotics Cell of Mumbai Police has summoned social media infuencer “Orry” in ₹252-Crore Drug manufacturing and trafficking case.
The summons to Orry, whose real name is Orhan Awatramani, follows disclosures made by arrested drug supplier Mohammed Salim Sohail Shaikh alias Lavish, recently deported from Dubai for links to the ₹252-crore mephedrone seizure in Sangli in March 2024.
As per investigators, Shaikh, in the midst of interrogation, opened up that he had organised rave parties in India and abroad, allegedly attended by several Bollywood celebrities.
Shaikh, who was living in Dubai for the last three years with his family, was allegedly coordinating amid drug peddlers and organising raw material supplies for drug manufacturing units in MP Gujarat Maharashtra Telengana and Maharashta.
