The Delhi High Court has crescively emerged as the preferred forum for celebrities seeking urgent injunctions against unauthorised use of their name and image. Celebrities of the status of Amitabh Bachchan Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Abhishek Bachchan Hrithik Roshan Shilpa Shetty Akshay Kumar Anil Kapoor have all knocked the doors of the Delhi High Court in this respect and the Court has done the needful.
