
B’town may be acknowledged for suave films, but November 2025 displayed that the glamour-world stars are just as bold when it comes to real-life investments. From Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan to Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta, several esteemed families made major moves in Mumbai’s real estate market.
Collectively, Bollywood-linked deals added up to nearly ₹100 crore in one month alone. Although some stars opted to expand their property portfolios, others determined to sell long-held assets and reshuffle their investments. Actor-filmmaker Rakesh-led Roshan family, and actor Hrithik Roshan, made the biggest splash in November with a series of commercial purchases across Mumbai’s Andheri area. Reportedly on 19 November 2025, Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila Rakesh Roshan (Pinkie Roshan) acquired five commercial office units worth ₹19.68 crore. Just a few days later, on 24 November, Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Rakesh Roshan purchased two commercial units in the same building for
₹ 6.42 crore. These purchases further strengthened the Roshan family’s expanding influence in Andheri’s business pockets. The month did not end there for the Roshan clan. On 27 November, Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan’s HRX Digitech LLP, and Pramila Roshan’s Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd collectively purchased 10 office units for ₹28 crore.
*Saif Ali Khan bought two commercial office units worth Rs 30.75 crore
The actor made one of the month’s most notable buys by investing Rs 30.75 crore in two commercial office units in Andheri East. According to property registration papers, the units are located inside a building called Kanakia Wallstreet covering a combined space of 5,681 sq ft.which includes six car-parking spaces.
The documents discloses that the seller was Apicore Pharmaceutical, a US-based pharma company. With this deal, Saif has added a sizeable commercial asset to his portfolio, marking a shift from the usual luxury homes B’town stars are often associated with.

Property documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website confirmed the deal.
The apartments are part of Oberoi Realty’s Elysian project, one of the premium housing developments in the area. This buy shows a burgeoning trend of families of B’town stars investing in high-value residential properties in emerging suburbs.
Amitabh Bachchan reportedly sold Goregaon homes
While some stars were buying, others were selling. Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan headlined following selling of two adjoining luxury flats in Goregaon East for Rs 12 crore. As per documents accessed by CRE Matrix, originally, the legend had purchased these units in 2012 for Rs 8.12 crore. Over 13 years, this resulted in a return of nearly 47%.
Both apartments are located on the 47th floor of the Oberoi Exquisite building, known for its high-rise views and premium amenities. Bachchan’s decision to sell suggests a shift in his investment strategy, even as he continues to hold several prime properties across the city.
*Actress Preity Zinta also entered the property news cycle in November when she parted with her Bandra apartment for Rs 14.08 crore. According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Zinta had purchased the same flat from Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) in October 2023 for Rs 17.01 crore. The 1,474 sq ft home is located on the 11th floor of a Rustomjee building named Parishram. The sale included two car-parking spaces and was made to an individual named Vishal Kalyan Mirchanandi. Although the selling price is lower than her original cost, sources close to the actress indicated that she may reinvest this money in buying another property in Bandra, possibly around the Rs 100 crore range.
