Legendary actress Madhuri Dixit Nene and her husband Dr. Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold their stylish Juhu apartment in Mumbai for ₹3.9 crore. As per documents accessed through real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix, the deal registered on December 15, 2025, shows a healthy profit compared to what they initially paid for the property.
Reportedly, the apartment is on the fourth floor of Iris Park in the Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society on Military Road, Juhu. Admeasuring 780.13 sq ft of carpet area, it’s nestled in one of Juhu’s most sought-after neighborhoods,acknowledged for its celebrity homes and limited availability of premium apartments.
According to the sale The total value of the transaction as per the sale amount is ₹3.9 crore. Besides the sale amount, the buyer also paid a security deposit of ₹19.5 lakh included in the stamp duty calculation. The buyer has been identified as Mrs. Darshana Ghatlia. The documents also indicate that the buyer availed a 1% stamp duty concession under the Maharashtra government’s women homebuyer incentive scheme.

Dr.Shriram Nene had purchased their Juhu apartment for ₹1.96 crore. With Juhu continuing to hold its reputation, nearly 13 years later, the property’s price has nearly doubled. reflecting how Juhu continues to hold its reputation as one of Mumbai’s most desirable real estate pockets.
The latest sale is another addition to Madhuri’s series of property deals. Earlier, in December 2024, she leased a commercial office in Andheri West’s Morya Landmark II for ₹3 lakh per month. The office space, spread across 1,594.24 sq ft of built-up area, was rented to Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd. for a two-year period. As outlined in the leave and license agreement registered on November 13, the rent will increase to ₹3.15 lakh after the first year, while the tenant has deposited ₹9 lakh as security.
