Legendary actor Suniel Shetty heaped praise on ‘Border 2’ producer Nidhi Dutta for backing Ahaan’s career and for for being a major influence on his son Ahaan Shetty’s acting journey.
At the Border 2 song launch, the 64-year-old actor showcased how the film came at the right time for his second born, following a challenging phase on his debut film, Tadap.
He feels immensely happy that he got a film like Border 2, which couldn’t have been a better film.
He continued, the support from the producer went beyond just giving his 30-year-old son a role, stating, “he has always felt intensely indebted to Nidhi. She is like his little daughter. he emphasized why young actors need opportunities that reflect their skills, noting, “It’s not just about work, it’s about timing and support. And Nidhi gave that to Ahaan when he needed it the most.”
For the unversed, Ahaan began his acting career in Bollywood with Milan Luthria Tadap (2021), alongside Tara Sutaria, Swati Kapoor, Saurav Chakrabarti, Saurabh Shukla, Sikandar Kher, Sharat Saxena and Amit Sadh.
However, the movie failed to succeed at the box office.
