Now singer Madhushree, acknowledged for the song ‘Kabhi Kabhi Neem Neem’ from the film ‘Yuva’, has reacted to Arijit’s social media post. Sharing her thoughts on a video on her YouTube channel she has said, that
Nowadays, everyone is asking her ‘Madhushree ji, what do you think about the decision Arijit Singh has taken?’ At first, she was also surprised, but later thought it’s a great decision. He has done a very good thing.
She further stated that it takes a lot of courage to take such a decision at the peak of a career.

He delivered hit after hit, one after another. And at such a time, he announced that he would work only in independent music and not in playback singing. That is a very big decision. In the same video, Madhushree recalled the words said by the late legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.
