Ayesha reacts to comparison with Tamannaah and Nora

Ayesha Khan is reveling in the success of Dhurandhar and the incredible response to her dance number Shararat. As the film continues to draw plaudits, the actress has been reflecting on her journey so far — from her early life and social media stardom to Bigg Boss and eventually stepping into the film industry.

She added she would never compare herself to them’
Ayesha addressed the frequent comparisons made amid her and established performers like Nora Fatehi and Tamannaah Bhatia. Making her stance clear, she said, “she has seen people who compare her with others and has seen some reels of her being compared to Nora Fatehi or Tamannaah Bhatia. She feels like she would never compare herself to them. But always in awe whenever she looks at them. Such wonderful women doing such great things in life. She could never do what Nora is doing; she is incredible.
Ayesha also highlighted Nora’s unmatched stage presence and stamina, adding that sustaining such high energy throughout a performance is something she deeply admires.

She further went on to add that ‘comparison will never make her happy’
The actress went on to explain that comparisons do not motivate her and, in fact, hold no value for her personal growth.

“If anyone thinks comparison makes her happy, it will never do that. She looks at everyone with so much respect because she is new to the industry and still in the learning phase, so much she is yet to learn. These are the people who have seen so much in their lives,” she shared.

Ayesha underlined that being at an early stage of her career makes her more focused on learning rather than competing.

Ayesha on Tamannaah She didn’t hold back her admiration. She acknowledged the longevity and impact Tamannaah has had across industries.

“Tamannaah Bhatia has been working since forever. What makes you think that she would ever want to compare herself or her journey with hers? She is an incredible woman doing so much for herself. As a woman, when she saw Aaj Ki Raat, was like ‘Wow, what is this’,” she concluded.

Addressing rumours of differences with her Shararat co-star Krystal D’Souza, Ayesha clarified that there is no tension amid them.
