Iran condition – shut all US bases in the Gulf

Iranian demands to end the war, according to The Wall Street Journal:

1. Closure of all American bases in the Gulf.
2. A new order for the Strait of Hormuz allowing Iran to collect fees from ships transiting the waterway, similar to the Suez Canal.
3. Guarantees that the war would not restart and an end to Israel’s strikes on the Iran-aligned Lebanese militia Hezbollah.
4. Lifting all sanctions on Iran.
5. Iran will keep its missile program with no negotiations to limit it.
