Television’s popular actress Shubhangi Atre has brought ‘Angoori Bhabhi’ to life in the film “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!” , maintaining her age-old wisdom though adapting her acting to the new circumstances. She went on to explain amidst an interaction with the media that maintaining the character’s original essence (simplicity) was crucial, although slightly altering her performance to suit the film’s setting.
Sticking to the basic principles, Shubhangi believes that it was not necessary to change the character the way the audience has liked it, but the same simplicity had to be maintained in the film as well.
In the fresh approach circumstances in the film were different, so he explored new aspects of acting to bring freshness to the character.
Having been a part of this popular show for more than 10 years, added depth to the character with understanding.
Shubhangi said that after creating a unique identity for herself as Angoori Bhabhi, she has associated herself with a different experience through the film.
