Yash Chopra directorial “Ittefaq”was completed in 28 days

The thriller movie featuring Rajesh Khanna and Nanda was completed in 28 days and had no songs, and was a box office hit released in 1969.

It was a song-less quickie film, a rarity in Bollywood at the time, and was the first Hindi film without an interval.
It was shot in 28 days to fill time while another film was delayed, often described as a “suspense thriller”

While it had no songs, the background music was composed by Salil Chowdhury. It was a “semi-hit” that became highly regarded over time and was considered a success.
