CM Eknath Shinde blatantly denies having any connect with a Supreme Court petition regarding the transfer of the movable and immovable properties that belonged belonging to the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT).

Dr Ashish Giri, who filed the petition, had no relation with the party in whatsoever manner.
Mhaske further added that following the Election Commission recognition of the Shinde-led Sena as the real Shiv Sena by allotting it the symbol of bow and arrow, the chief minister clarified that his party never believes to stake a claim over the property of other factions adding that
