Controversial actor Rhea Chakraborty whose name figured in the murder of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has joined Prince Narula and Gautam Gulati in the 19th season of the youth-based reality show ‘MTV Roadies’ as a gang leader.

Rhea feels overwhelmed to be a part of MTV Roadies
Karm Ya Kaand, an iconic cultural phenomenon. Rhea looks forward to work with Sonu Sood and her fellow gang leaders, as she feels she will get an opportunity to showcase her resolute and fearless side amid the exhilirating journey. She has wild hopes in receiving love and support from her fans for this incredible new adventure.

The brand-new season’s theme is of ‘Karm Ya Kaand’ hosted by actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood.

Commenting on the show, Deborah Polycarp, Associate Vice President and
Head – Content Originals, MTV, it has become a cultural mainstay in youth entertainment.
And for the new season, it’s a delight to have Rhea on board, who began her career in this industry with them.

On the work front, Rhea was last seen on screen in the 2021 film ‘Chehre’, featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi, Krystle D’Souza, Siddhanth Kapoor, Annu Kapoor, Alexx O’Nell, Samir Soni, Dhritiman Chatterjee and Raghubir Yadav.
