Kamal Haasan gets down busy with ‘Indian 2″ director Shankar

It’s everyone’s known fact that
Kamal Haasan as of now is extremely busy with the ‘Indian 2’ director Shankar. Infact, the sequel is long-awaited and it marks Shankar- Kamal Haasan
recoalescing after many years, and the shooting of the film is almost completed.
Reportedly, Shankar has been working on the film’s post-production work and also traveled to US for an important operation recently. There was an interesting development regarding this film that it will be released in two parts.
However, the team of Indian 2 is said to have cancelled those plans.
There was a report that It was the film’s footage, was almost around 6 hours. So Shankar and the makers thought of making the film into two parts, but Kamal Hassan was in no mood for the two parts release and instructed the same to the Indian 2 team. Not only that, he is also said to be involved in the editing works to trim the footage and now the team has decided to release the film in single part only.
It is learnt that many unwanted scenes and footage of the film is likely to be trimmed, and the plan is to make the runtime around 180 minutes. So it is certain that Kamal Haasan will get the job done as per his instructions.
Indian 2 apart Kamal Haasan features Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, Vivek, Guru Somasundaram, and Nedumudi Venu among others in crucial roles. Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music for the film, and the first single or a glimpse is expected to be released soon to start the much awaited promotions of the film.
