Ex-Mumbai top cop figures in CBI’s list of ‘unreliable witnesses’ in Sheena Bora murder case
Notedly. Indrani Mukerjea earlier this year, filed an application with a request to the court to instruct the prosecution to provide her with a list of witnesses it intends to examine. She also sought a list of witnesses that the prosecution does not plan to examine.
According to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which initially said that it had around 250 witnesses for its case against Indrani Mukerjea and others in the 2015 Sheena Bora murder case, has submitted a “list of unreliable witnesses” to the special CBI court on Thursday.
