Mumbai DCP Narcotics Datta Nalawade: 21 lakhs worth MD seized from Nigerian in Kalina
The Bandra Unit of ANC- Anti Narcotics Cell, intercepted a Nigerian national with 21 lakhs of MD- Mephedrone Drug in Kalina.He was caught outside Tripathi Flour Mill Footpath, Indira Nagar, Kalina-Kurla rd, Kalina, Santa-Cruz(e).
The operation was led by PI Chavan, API Bandgar, API Karkar,PSI Powle and others of the ANC ,Bandra Unit. The Nigerian named Joseph Oniyako Chikvu Igve was intercepted by the Bandra Unit ANC with a white Nylon bag, on investigation found to be MD- Mephadrone weighing 175 grams worth Rs.21,00,000
DCP Datta Nalawade said, “CR 50/2021 was registered and Nigerian national was taken into custody. He is remanded to Police Custody till 15/6/21”
