It is an established fact in the Indian Film Industry Amitabh Bachchan is acknowledged for his discipline and the way he brings every character to life, remains memorable for the audience.
One such character of him is Yash Raichand from Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’. Producer-Director Nikhil Advani was the Associate Director on ‘K3G’ and he had once revealed that the Senior Bachchan had stopped talking to Jaya Bachchan and his children for a scene.
Director Nikhil Advani, over an interview revealed that there was this one scene in the film
K3G where Amit ji’s character throws out Shah Rukh Khan out of the house when he marries Kajol.
The Senior Bachchan was just supposed to say one dialogue, “Aaj tumne sabit kar diya ki tum mere khoon nahin hi (Today, you proved that you are not my blood).” But to get into that ‘stern’ mode, Bachchan stopped talking to everyone at his house.
Meanwhile, Advani also made a scheduling mistake and told him the shoot would take place for 2 days when it was actually going to take 3 days. Advani added, “When I apologised, Jayaji, who is like a mother to all the ADs, reprimanded me, saying I had no idea what I had done. ‘Since the last two days, he has not been speaking to me or the kids, just moping around and being rude to everybody,’ she confided. ‘Why?’ I asked, surprised. She explained that he had been getting into the ‘zone’. ‘But he has only one line to deliver.
