In a bid to avoid the clash with
“Pushpa”, Rohit Shetty has shifted the release date of his most ambitious and
much-anticipated action oriented thriller “Singham Again” from Independence Day to Diwali 2024 release.

Ever since Allu Arjun and Sukumar launched teaser of “Pushpa: The Rule”, the Rohit Shetty-directorial “Singham Again” as per highly placed sources, has been postponed from the already announced date of August 15, 2024 to Diwali 2024 release to avert clash with “Pushpa”.

Notedly, Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, and the team have been shooting day-night for ”
Singham Again” with the will to bring it amidst August 15, 2024 weekend. But, the shoot is consuming longer time than expected as a film like Singham Again requires a lot of attention.

Rohit and Ajay are in no mood to rush through the proceedings only to make it to a certain release date. They want the scale and vision to come out exactly as fleshed on the paper without any compromise.

Rohit and Ajay have already conveyed their idea of delaying the film to Jio Studios and the date of August 15..Jio has suggested a Diwali 2024 release to Rohit and Ajay, and the duo is giving it a consideration.

A source reveals that keeping the Diwali 2014 deadline in mind, timelines of VFX and background score are now being reworked.

Diwali has also proved to be lucky for Ajay and Rohit combo.

An official announcement over the new release date of Singham Again is expected to be made shortly, but as of now, moment, the film is 100% pushed from the already announced date of August 15, 2024.
