Soundarya Jagadish Kannada filmmaker and bizman commits suicide in Bengaluru
It comes as a rude shock in knowing about the suicidal death of Kannada film producer and businessman Soundarya Jagadish on Sunday at his
Mahalakshmi Layout in Bengaluru. The Kannada Film Industry are shell-shocked over the incident.
The Bengaluru Police are probing over the suicide attempt. He was brought to a hospital, where he was declared dead. Further procedures are underway to know what drove him to take the drastic step. There were no health issues. It is learnt from family members he was served with a bank notice and he was upset over it.
There were misleading reports of cardiac arrest, but Shreyas family friend rubbishes it. He had on the contrary attempted suicide by hanging.

Jagadish, who also owned a pub in the city, was also a builder and businessman apart from being a filmmaker.
As filmmaker, Jagadish has produced several films including ‘Snehitaru’, ‘Appu Pappu’, ‘Mast Maja Maadi’ and ‘Ramleela’.
