Pan-Indian star Prabhas returns to the big screen with his upcoming film, tentatively titled “Fauji”, a Hanu Raghavapudi’s directorial. The makers in a bid add to the film’s star power, they have officially announced the inclusion of veteran Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty in a pivotal role.
The announcement came on the occasion of Mithun Chakraborty being honored with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
He solidified his presence in the much- anticipated project.
Joining Mithun iis veteran actress Jayaprada, who us set to portray a significant role in the film. Manvi is confirmed as the leading lady, and the first schedule of filming has been completed.
The film is set in the
pre-independence era, and”Fauji” sees Prabhas essaying a soldier, adding another dimension to his repertoire of characters. The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with Vishal Chandrasekhar composing the music.
The film releases in 2026, thus ensuring an epic cinematic experience that blends historical backdrop with gripping storytelling.
