Nikita’s incredible journey as the new Femina Miss India World 2024 reached a peak
At Indore Airport, the atmosphere was incredible as large crowd eagerly awaited Nikita’s arrival. Fans cheered in celebrating her historic win as the first titleholder from Madhya Pradesh. Minister Tulsi Silavat lauded her accomplishments, saying she brought immense glory to the state and presented her with a bouquet of flowers.
When Nikita arrived in Arvind Nagar, the celebration continued with an outpouring of love from her community. Flowers and cheers surrounded her as family and friends honoured their local queen. Her mother and grandmother performed a traditional aarti, and the joy of their reunion filled the air. Local children danced in her honour, bringing a smile to Nikita’s face and filling her heart with gratitude.
One of the highlights of her return was a visit to the Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Nikita had always dreamed of taking her parents to the sacred site, usually reserved for VIPs. Her parents wanted to visit the Garbh Grah, but it’s restricted to VVIPs. She had ensured that if she won, I would take them there,” she shared. The joy she felt seeing her parents so happy made the moment even more special. After participating in rituals and receiving blessings from temple priests, she prayed for guidance as she prepared for the Miss World stage.
Nikita’s visit to the Shri Chintaman Ganesh Temple was another significant moment amidst her homecoming. It
characterised on her gratitude for her success. Surrounded by family, she reflected on her accomplishments and connected deeply with her roots.
Ujjain turned into a festive scene with a grand procession in Nikita’s honour. She rode through the streets in a BMW, proudly waving the national flag and greeting her many fans. A flower shower and cheers from the crowd filled the air as her winning answer played on a loop, inspiring everyone around her. Nikita made multiple appearances on various stages throughout the event, which concluded with heartfelt celebrations at the ISKCON Temple.
At ISKCON, she participated in a moving aarti led by temple priests and her sister, marking a serene moment of devotion. The temple honoured her with a beautiful painting of Krishna, symbolizing blessings for her future.
The celebrations culminated in a grand gala dinner attended by family, friends, and notable members of Ujjain. Dressed in an elegant outfit, Nikita dazzled on the red carpet. The evening featured a joyful cake-cutting ceremony and a memorable photo session, capturing moments of happiness dedicated to her achievements.
Nikita also returned to Carmel Convent School, her alma mater, where she received a warm welcome from the nuns and staff, along with a lively performance from the school band. She lit a ceremonial lamp, and the students presented a beautiful choir and dance performance. The school principal delivered an inspiring speech that honoured Nikita’s remarkable journey.
In the midst of her visit to Bhartiya Gyanpeeth School, she was greeted with a traditional teeka and energetic dance performances. After a heartfelt aarti, Nikita engaged in a Q&A session, sharing insights and inspiring young minds with her journey.
At a press conference at Rudraksh Hotel, Nikita expressed her gratitude in saying that winning Femina Miss India 2024 feels like a dream. She feels overjoyed and highly grateful for this incredible opportunity to represent the beauty, strength, and spirit of India. Adding that this crown is not just hers; it belongs to everyone who believed in her.
There was a cultural programme in the evening organised by Rangrez group, where Nikita displayed her exceptional talent. The event began with a stunning art installation featuring her crowning picture, capturing the audience’s attention.
After this, young girls performed captivating dances in celebration of India’s rich diversity. The highlight was Nikita’s portrayal of Maa Shipra, which enthralled everyone with her grace and depth, making for an memorable night of creativity.
