DCP Narcotics Datta Nalawade: ANC Worli unit seizes 39 lakhs worth Cocaine, arrest Nigerian
Mumbai Police- DCP Narcotics Datta Nalawade informed that the ANC -Anti Narcotics Cell- Worli unit seizes 130 grams of Cocaine worth 39 lakhs, arrest Nigerian named Chima Collins Ejiofor alias Musiliu aged 60 years. Case has been registered CR-85/2021 under various sections of the NDPS act and the place of crime was outside Mumbai Central Station. Further investigations are on, the search for other Gang members are underway.
The operation was headed by Sr Police Inspector ANC Anti Narcotics cell- Worli Unit Mr Deepak Chavan assisted by other Police officers Sudarshan Chavan, Amol Kolekar, Ravindra Sawantand Shailesh Desai. Initial Investigations reveal that the drug Cocaine was brought from Kharghar- Navi Mumbai. the ANC- Anti Narcotic Cell is focusing on the chain leading to Kharghar and information of Drug Mafia originating form there.
