Unquestionably, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 turned out to be a blockbuster success and one of the biggest hits of the year 2024. The response from the audience was average, but the success of the film was due to horror comedies working these days.

Now the film has streamed on OTT, and there’s a quite a mixed the response.

Despite Kartik Aryan being praised for his performance in the climax, ironically, Triptii Dimri is being trolled left, right, and center by the OTT audience.

According to the OTT viewers Triptii has been reduced to being just a sexy bimbo doll, revealing her assets and doing nothing substantial in the film. She played just an eye candy.

However, it isn’t her fault that she came into recognition only with sexy roles, especially the “other woman” in Animal, which brought her fame.

After that, she has attained a niche for sultry performances, be it Bad Newz or Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

Whereas in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, she was cast just because of her glamour appeal. The film is a big hit, and that’s what matters. The masses have appreciated her in the film for whatever she has “shown.”
As an actor, she can only cater to the needs of the masses to become famous. It is viewers’ preference for her sexy roles that have transformed her. She needs blockbusters to grow in her career.

Just garnering appreciation from cinephiles for her roles in projects like Qala won’t do her any good in terms of stardom.

How many people have watched Qala or Bulbbul? Do the masses even know such movies exist?
So, Triptii is doing just what is needed to be relevant and become a big star heroine.
