Little known facts on Mala Sinha

Unsoubtedly, Mala Sinha, was one of the most admired actresses of Indian cinema. She has done many films with big makers and have also worked with big actors such as Uttam Kumar, Kishore Kumar, Dev Anand, Dharmendra Raaj Kumar, Rajendra Kumar, Biswajeet, Manoj Kumar, Rajesh Khanna.

Amidst shoot for Nepali film “Maitighar” in 1966,in Nepali she met with actor Chidambar Prasad Lohani.
1966. Their bond grew strong, and they got married on February 16, 1968, in Bombay.
Mala Sinha continued her successful film career in Mumbai, while her husband returned to Nepal to manage his estate agency business.

Though they lived in different countries initially, they made their long-distance marriage work beautifully. The couple has a daughter, Pratibha Sinha, who also tried her hand at acting in Bollywood during the 1990s.
