Kriti Sanon collaborates with ‘Chhaava’ fame director Laxman Utekar

“Laxman Utekar is basking in the glory of the blockbuster success of Chhaava. Now plans are afoot
to make a hard-hitting romantic drama. Reports reveal that the filmmaker is trying to rope in his Luka Chuppi pair, Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, for the lead roles in his next.

Laxman made his directorial debut with Luka Chuppi, which was a commercial success.
The report mentioned, Adding that the story is currently being developed. It has the flavour of hinterland India that Laxman does so well, but this time he is exploring an intense subject, unlike Luka Chuppi, which offered a light-hearted take on live-in relationships.

After Luka Chuppi, Kriti Sanon collaborated with Laxman Utekar on Mimi, which earned the actress the Best Actress National Award.

Later, Kriti also worked with Kartik on Shehzada, which was the Hindi remake of the Telugu blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramulo.
If the latest report is anything to go by, then it will mark Kriti Sanon’s third collaboration with the actor and director.

As of now the actor and actress are busy with their existing commitments, and based on their availability, the shooting schedules will be planned.
