Vicky recalls his indelible first encounter with Hrithik Roshan
Actor Vicky opened up over a fascinating encounter involving his idol, Hrithik Roshan, the Greek God of Bollywood.He said, “So he was, still he is, such a huge fan of Hrithik. When Hrithik’s debut film ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’ with Ameesha Patel and directed by his father the veteran actor-turned filmmaker Rakesh Roshan hit the theatres everybody, every kid in the country, went mad about him. And, Vicky got to know his dad action director Shyam Kaushal was working with him. Till then, he had never asked ki ‘papa mujhe isse milwa do, mujhe pata bhi nahi hota tha filmset kya hota hai, kaise hota hai’.”

He added, he was in the tenth standard, and still remembers, he was like, ‘Can he get to meet Hrithik?.And he played a trick on ,himI don’t know for what reason, he was like, ‘Yaar par woh toh unhi baccho se milta hai jinko ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ karna aata hai.’” That’s when Vicky revealed, “Mai teen din se rehearsal kiye jaa raha hun ki main Hrithik sir se milunga, woh bolenge karke dikhao, mai karke dikha dunga aur woh mere pyaar mei padd jayenge. On a fine day when he had gone on set, Hrithik was very sweet, and we clicked pictures.”
On the professional front, Vicky is currently working for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly anticipated ‘Love and War,’ which also features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The film, touted as an intense romantic drama set against a war backdrop, is expectedly hits the theatres in 2026.
