The Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, has been indefatigable and putting in hard work in his next film ‘King’, even as also pursuing other work commitments.
A day following fans having spotted him at the dubbing studios, presumably working on a surprise trailer for his action flick, the actor was spotted attending an event in Dubai. Reports reveal that the actor was attending the launch of a club, where he was the guest of honour and cut the ribbon.
Following the ribbon ceremony, SRK headed to the venue to greet a number of fans having congregated to have his ‘darshan’. Even as he made his way inside, the actor, rocking a coat over a tee and jeans, with a beanie covering his head, he made sure to shake hands with all his ecstatic fans.
In a viral clip, SRK was spotted making his entry to a room where he smiled, waved and blew kisses to his fans. While posing with the owners of the club for photos, a fan was heard asking him “How are you” Reacting to the fan he flashed a thumbs up. The fan then went on to shout out, wishing him a “Happy New Year.”
The actor’s Dubai visit comes in the midst of the ongoing excitement around his upcoming film ‘King’ in which he shares screen space with daughter Suhana Khan for the first time. The film will also mark his reunion with actress Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan, among many others.
Shah Rukh’s spotting at the recording studio early this week sparked buzz about the actor possibly all set for release of a trailer for his film on New Year’s day. Although there is no official clarification on the same, director Siddharth Anand’s recent post also seemed to tease an upcoming announcement. Although ‘King’ is reportedly slated for a 2026 release, the makers have not yet announced a release date.
