Big good news for the country’s farmers!

@narendramodi released the 22nd installment of the PM-Kisan scheme today from Guwahati. An amount of ₹18,640 crore was directly transferred to the bank accounts of 9.32 crore farmers through DBT. This step is another important initiative towards providing economic strength to farmers and promoting self-reliant agriculture.
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has emerged as a significant source of social security for the country’s marginal farmers. Before 2014, Congress governed at the Centre for 10 years.
