Khushboo blasts Udhayanidhi over Trisha Krishnan Jibe

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Executive Committee member Khushboo Sundar has strongly condemned DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin for his highly objectionable and distasteful remarks targeted at actress Trisha Krishnan. In an official statement, the veteran actress and politician criticized the minister for weaponizing a woman’s professional choices to score cheap political points, calling his behavior a direct reflection of the deep-rooted misogyny within his political ranks. Khushbu emphasized that public figures, especially those holding high governmental office, must be held to a stricter standard of decency rather than reducing independent, self-made women to political ammunition. She commended Trisha’s dignity in the face of such unwarranted political crossfire and demanded an immediate, unconditional apology from Udhayanidhi Stalin for his derogatory commentary.

Further tearing into the politician, she labeled his speech as “crass cheap and deeply derogatory warning that it directly exposes the declining standards and toxicity of the political culture he is eager to inherit. Khushbu fiercely asserted that women aren’t pawns to be targeted or exploited to satisfy political whims and fancies.
