Sanjay Dutt has expanded into premium hospitality with The Evren, a design-led luxury boutique hotel in Vagator, North Goa. Developed in partnership with Anant Hospitality and co-investors Harkaran Chawla, Angad Singh, Kunal Patel, and Suved Lohia, the lifestyle property has already been inducted into the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) collection.
Dropping the typical beach-shack design, the hotel pairs European boutique elegance with Indo-Portuguese heritage, featuring handcrafted wooden ceilings, Gwalior stone work, and tropical courtyards.
The property limits its scale to ensure high-end privacy. Rooms feature custom carved stone, vintage wood, rope-cast lighting, and sunlit private balconies overlooking the gardens, with starting tariffs averaging between ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per night depending on the travel window.
The Evren operates as a dual-concept property that completely shifts its identity after dark. It features Nines by
The Evren, an all-day restaurant that transitions into a vibrant, high-energy nightlife venue after sunset, showcasing signature cocktails, live music, and Michelin-inspired culinary menus helmed by Chef Prachi Mehta. Guests can also dine at Mila, enjoy the Splash Pool Bar, or visit Suenos de Café, an artisanal coffee lounge and co-working sanctuary curated by Geetu Mohnani, India’s first female National Barista Champion.
For relaxation, the property features the Zura Spa wellness sanctuary alongside a landscaped tropical outdoor oasis paired with a premium pool setup. The property is ideally positioned inside North Goa’s primary entertainment corridor on Ozran Beach Road, putting guests just a short walk from the cliffside views of Vagator Beach, the sunset spots at Ozran Beach, and iconic nightlife venues like Hilltop Goa.
