In a recent reflective interview, legendary actress Mumtaz opened up about her early cinematic journey and shared warm reminiscences of her time working alongside the late veteran actor Shashi Kapoor.
Reflecting on their professional relationship, Mumtaz recalled that their first collaboration was on the classic comedy “Pyar Kiye Jaa”
an experience she described as immensely enjoyable. Years later, the duo paired up again for the hit film “Chor Machaye Shor” which marked her final acting assignment before she transitioned out of the film industry following her marriage.
Mumtaz described the shoot as a terrific experience, praising Kapoor as a thorough gentleman and a deeply positive individual who carried no malice toward anyone.
