Pinky Roshan, mother of Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan has made a massive splash in Mumbai’s luxury housing market. She has purchased two high-end flats in Versova’s upscale Seven Bungalows neighborhood for a staggering ₹67.30 crore.
The properties are located on the 24th floor of Lotus Celestia, a premium residential tower in the area. Spanning a massive combined carpet area of nearly 12,860 square feet, the transaction values the real estate at approximately ₹52,330 per square foot.
To accommodate a high-profile fleet, the ultra-luxury deal also includes eight dedicated car parking spaces.
