According to Rabya Khan critical material and evidence must not be lost, altered, or destroyed, expressing fear that the probe could follow a compromised path similar to her own daughter’s historic case. She noted that the unfolding situation feels like a repetition of old investigative patterns and emphasized that families deserve transparent answers.
The CBI registered the fresh FIR following directions concerning Disha Salian’s death, which names multiple individuals including Sooraj Pancholi who has denied any acquaintance or connection with Disha Salian.
