The Telangana unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has finalized all operational and security arrangements for the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is scheduled to lead a Maha Padayatra in Hyderabad on Monday afternoon. Organised under the slogan “Loktantra Bachao, Arajakta Hatao,” the foot march is designed to counter the anti-Special Intensive Revision campaign recently launched by the INDIA bloc.
The rally will commence at 3:00 PM from the Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram statue opposite Nizam College at Basheerbagh, traverse through the Abids commercial district, and conclude at Moazzam Jahi Market around 6:00 PM. State BJP president N. Ramchander Rao, Union Coal and Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy, and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar, alongside senior party functionaries and local workers, will participate in the event to challenge opposition narratives regarding electoral roll revisions.
