Kerala has been one of the worst states in India for handling the pandemic. Has not yet reduced the second wave and may give rise to a third wave from its irresponsible policies of allowing mass religious gatherings for minority community. Not good for minority or the country.
Population wise- Kerala has around 3.5 crore plus, whereas UP has 20 crore plus
