Renowned filmmaker Boney Kapoor makes his debut as actor in Luv Ranjan’s film

It comes as a big news in that renowned film Producer Boney Kapoor husband of legendary actress late Sridevi is all set to face the arc lights in Luv Ranjan’s next. This will be his debut film.

Interestingly, Janhvi Kapoor, a budding actor, and daughter of legendary actress late Sridevi will be doing a film being produced by Boney Kapoor himself. Boney Kapoor has always put his best foot forward on his professional front in the interest of the family, but, little did one know of his hidden passion towards acting. His acting at his present age comes like a bolt from the blue.

Boney at 66, is a father four kids, three of whom are actors in the Hindi film industry, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor. Anshula Kapoor, the fourth kid, however, is not interested in acting.

Notably, a new development has surfaced in the industry with Boney Kapoor having decided to make his acting debut with director Luv Ranjan’s next film.

As per reports as reported by he will be seen alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, and Dimple Kapadia in the movie.

Speaking on his acting debut, Boney makes it known that initially, when Luv (Ranjan) offered him the film, he was reluctant to do it. Thanks to his son, hisbdaughters and his brother Sanjay Kapoor, who pushed him into it. And for him when he got into it, the high was that he is getting to work with a unit that has great actors – Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia.”

But the other high was that, in real life, Sridevi was his wife and the other high is that he was getting to play Dimple’s husband. When he was young, Dimple was the heartthrob of all the youngsters around and to get to play her husband is also a high.

Notably, on date, ‘Eleven members of the Kapoor family are actors beginning from Anil Kapoor.
