She went on to add that there are many other colleagues of hers, who are urging for more assignments
She believes that it is an exciting time for female actors in the entertainment industry
Huma Qureshi most is most recognised for her performance in “Gangs of Wasseypur”, “Badlapur”, “Monica, O My Darling” and
OTT shows “Leila” and “Maharani”. She advocates that female actors are now keen on playing well-rounded characters. As of today, we are seeing more women-centric films, and the new term is female-led films.
Today, when we read av script, the character of the girl is not just contributing towards the hero’s journey or is not someone waiting for the war hero to return home.
