Singer Diljit Dosanjh scripts history emerges the first Punjabi singer at Coachella
It’s a matter of pride that this year around singer Diljit Dosanjh emerged as the first Punjabi singer to perform alongside Puerto Rican musician Bad Bunny, K-pop sensations BLACKPINK and musician Frank Ocean.
Coachella is a very renowned music and arts festival held in California. It had an interesting lineup of some of the most renowned artists from the world which included Puerto Rican musician Bad Bunny, K-pop sensations BLACKPINK and musician Frank Ocean.
Diljit Dosanjh is one such artist who performed alongside them.

Whereas, in the past, we have seen Diljit Dosanjh setting the stage ablaze with his incredible performances at his concerts held in several parts of USA and Canada.
But his recent performance at Coachella on Saturday15 April seems to be a matter of pride not only for his fans but for the entire country.
Taking to his Instagram account, Diljit Dosanjh shared a glimpse of his energetic performance wherein the actor-singer was seen dressed in black kurta-salwar and a turban, donning the avatar of the quintessential Punjabi munda.
His performance has received love from Indian stars like Arjun Rampal, Karan Thacker, Jassie Gill, Asees Kaur, International musician Tesher, Sophie Choudry, among others who expressed pride and dropped their praises. On the other hand, Badshah, Diljit’s The Crew co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Malaika Arora dedicated a special Instagram story for the Punjabi actor-singer.
Badshah termed his performance as ‘history’ and showered his appreciation by adding, “Bhaji” along with hug and folding hands emojis. Kareena shared a glimpse of the performance and captioned it, “The OG Uff”.
Malaika expressed her pride by adding, “Awesome” on his video along with multiple clap hands emojis.
